Q: Is the entrance step-free? A: Yes. The restaurant and all indoor areas are accessible via a ramp from the terrace. The main entrance is also wheelchair accessible and equipped with a wheelchair lift.

Q: Are the toilets wheelchair accessible? A: Yes, we have a wheelchair-accessible toilet. It can be accessed with a Eurokey. If you do not have a Eurokey with you, please ask at the bar.

Q: Are there quiet areas or spaces to take a break? A: This depends on the event. For larger events, we usually have an awareness team on site, as well as an awareness space where you can take a break if needed. Quieter areas may also be available depending on the setup. Please speak to our team if you need support or a quieter space.

Q: Is there information about lighting, sound levels, or possible sensory overload? A: Depending on the event, there may be loud music, changing lights (with stroboscopic effect), fog, or large crowds. More detailed information can be provided upon request!

Q: Are assistance dogs allowed? A: Yes, assistance dogs are welcome.

Q: Is ear protection available? A: Earplugs are available throughout the space, always at the bar.

Q: Is there a gender-neutral toilet? A: Yes, gender-neutral toilets are available.

Q: How much do events cost? A: Ticket prices vary depending on the event. You can find the price for each event in the respective event description. We want our events to be accessible to people with different financial situations. If you cannot afford the ticket price, for example due to your income, employment situation or other circumstances, please contact us in advance. In many cases, we can arrange reduced or free entry. No one should be excluded because they cannot afford a ticket.

Q: What ticket options are usually available? A: For many events, we offer three ticket options: a regular recommended price, a reduced price for people on a lower budget, and a solidarity price for people who are able to contribute a little more. This pricing model is based on self-assessment. You do not need to provide proof for choosing a reduced ticket. At the same time, we ask everyone to choose the ticket option honestly and responsibly. Paying the regular or solidarity price helps us keep events accessible for people with less financial flexibility.
