The second edition of SALON OUTSIGHT on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, will focus on the female body as perceived in a medical and scientific context. Five works from the fields of literature, film, performance, and music will be presented in the large hall of the Zentralwäscherei in Zurich. Co-curators Franziska Bruecker and Dalia Donadio invite visitors to enjoy a collective experience, exchange ideas, and share a meal (included) of soup and börek.

Julia Haenni's “frau heilt (party) – rehearsal,” directed by Giulia Rumasuglia, is a participatory reading. Sujin Moon's short film “Gakjil (Persona)” condenses self-observation and identity pressure. Ruiqi Wang's solo performance “Girlfriend Piece” examines pathologization and care systems. Helen Yung's “REPRODUCTION” makes reproductive medicine tangible as artistic research and reveals structural inequalities. Franzi Kabisch's video essay “Getty Abortions” questions image archives and media representations of abortion – and thus the visual language of a highly political topic.
