SAMBAgasse is a cultural collective formed by Brazilians and samba enthusiasts, based in Zurich. Our goal is to share the vibrant energy and rich cultural heritage of samba, bringing a little piece of Brazil to the heart of Switzerland.
More than music, samba is an expression of Afro-Brazilian and indigenious resistance, a collective celebration that connects stories, poets, cultures, and people. It is a space for meeting, celebration, belonging, and creating bonds between communities – and this is what we aim to promote in each samba gathering.
