In "Movement-Practice" we explore together how we can shape space with our bodies. We create different landscapes with our movements and enter a state in which we give free rein to our impulses. The aim is to let go of our usual functional movement sequences, shift our limbs and perceive gravity, tension, space, warmth, impulses, air and sounds and bring them into an unexpected context.
Spoken instructions help us to direct our attention and enter into a flow of intention-free creation.
