The associative Schwarzes Schaf is a wild bunch of nature-loving producers who, with foresight and craftsmanship, cultivate herbs, root vegetables, and an overflowing biodiversity by all the rules of the art. A prime example of community-supported agriculture on nearly ten hectares, just a stone's throw from the Zentralwäscherei, in the beautiful Zürcher Oberland.

For you, we cook whatever the landscape garden provides: the first tender greens, but also fermented, pickled, and dried delicacies. Everything is vegan. Our menu drives away the winter blues and makes the coltsfoot shine.
