Embodied Encounters with tracy september

How to Love Many in Many Ways is an open-source collection of games, exercises, and playful texts that depart from expanded notions of “love.” The games involve physical touch, movement, relaxation, and conversation exercises. The three chosen games invite participants to engage in diverse practices, of intimacy and reflection, of collective questioning, of holding space for collective silence.

Embodied Encounters is a game created by Shahd Omar. We step into our bodies to explore what “yes” and “no” feel like. Without words, we explore ways of saying yes and no, and also ways of receiving yes and no from others—creating a world of empowered choice. Because consent practice is at its core somatic, of the body. We make agreements based on how we experience our boundaries as we embody many encounters.
