Anti-Imperial Resistance Grid invites DRIFT Kyiv.

Since 2021, DRIFT Kyiv has been a thriving event and community platform that earned international solidarity and recognition. Born in Kyiv, based in Berlin, the platform keeps the Ukrainian spirit alive, helping the community stay free and independent. DRIFT Kyiv is about intensity, diversity and inclusive experiences, raising awareness and support for victims of war and violence across the world.

Originated as an after-hour concept, DRIFT Kyiv sees beauty in collective care and collaboration. It connects people with an open heart and a solid stance, elevating the rave experience with a transcultural, inclusive, and multidisciplinary approach that merges the cultural scenes through electronic music and art.

AIRG - Anti-Imperial Resistance Grid is a fundraising cultural organisation, a force of resistance, a web of friendship and community. Initiated in 2022 as a response to the full-scale invasion in Ukraine, AIRG stands with all the oppressed and seeks to support all people who suffer from wars and colonialism. AIRG believes in radical and rooted togetherness, which can be aimed back at the aggressors.

Joining forces, AIRG and DRIFT Kyiv are hosting a fundraiser party for Ukraine and Palestine on 4.10, Zentralwaescherei, Zurich.

We are thrilled to host a dream line-up, embodying the core values of AIRG and DRIFT Kyiv:
OLHA and Social Vlad - DRIFT Kyiv residents, coming to Zurich from Berlin & baby vouithu and yeng holding the local Zurich underground scene.

With the ongoing rise of oppression in the world, it is more than ever important to be open and understanding of different cultural contexts, while staying connected and giving a hand to each other. With this in mind, we would like to donate all profit from the event to:

*East SOS (evacuation, relief and support for displaced people and victims of war in the East of Ukraine)
*Khmelnytskyi region battalion heading to East of Ukraine (hygiene products, admin supply)
*SANAD Palestine Initiative (emergency assistance for displaced people in Gaza)
