In "Movement-Practice" we explore together how we can shape space with our bodies. In a two-hour session we create different landscapes with our movements and get into a state where we let impulses run free. It's about letting the usual functional movement patterns run out, shifting our limbs and noticing gravity, tension, space, warmth, impulses, air, sounds and bringing them into an unexpected context.
Spoken instructions help guide our attention and enter into a flow of intention-free creation.
